Surgery Times

 We also have late surgeries on a Wednesday and Thursday evening for patients who are working and would like an appointment after work. These are by strict appointment only and can be arranged by the reception staff.

When We Are Closed

The surgery is open from 8.00 am until 6.30 pm Monday to Friday.  We are closed all day Saturday and Sunday and all bank holidays.

Routine appointments for both GPs and Nurses are available at the Urgent Treatment Centre at Royal Bolton Hospital, Waters Meeting Health Centre and Winifred Kettle in Westhoughton on evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.  These appointments can be booked via the GP Practice.

If you require urgent medical attention or advice outside normal surgery hours please call 0161 763 8940.  

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
