GP patient survey
The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across the UK. The results show how people feel about their GP practice.

After each appointment you attend, you will receive a text message from the surgery to answer a couple of questions. We appreciate patients completing this so that we can understand how well our services care for our patients.
